HILO LIFT - Lifting with use of PDO thread
Our beauty salon in Wrocław (Krzyki district) is one of the first in Poland where HILO LIFT threads are used. There are five types of threads which task is to correct aesthetic defects of the face. They are considered to be the most advanced system of lifting threads in the world.
We have MONO, TWIN, SCREW, DS, PDO threads.
The latter system thread was created five years ago in South Korea, and quickly gained popularity in other countries, including Japan, USA, Brazil, Russia and the countries of Western Europe. Sources of this method should be sought in face lifting treatments performed by using threads APTOS, Silhouette - LIFT, HAPPY LIFT and gold thread. The PDO is the least invasive facelift thread. The whole procedure takes about 30-40 minutes, and after the treatment a patient does not feel any discomfort and can function normally.
PDO threads have a medical certificate CE safety and can be applied throughout the EU. A worker from our Beauty Studio, Andrzej Kępa, in March 2013 became the official coach of the method of PDO thread implantation in Poland and Sweden. The doctor is also a precursor to a new method of PDO thread lifting, named Princess Lift and reserved for patients aged 30-65 years.

PDO thread – it is introduced to the desired location on the skin of the face, neck, breasts, buttocks, abdomen and legs; the thread is placed on a thin and sterile needle.
What is PDO (polydioxanone)? This synthetic very enduring fiber is composed of either one (monofilament) or two (polifilament) fixed twisted fibers, which then dissolve in the tissue.
Polydioxanone has been used in medicine for a long time. It is used mainly in the skin and subcutaneous sutures in plastic surgery, gastroenterology, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology.
PDO is a surgical suture that meets all requirements established by the UAS Pharmacopeia (USP).
The use of polydioxanone is recommended because - as clinical observations demonstrate – it stimulates tissue neocolagenesis process. In other words, it accelerates the production of new collagen, improves tone and firmness of the skin. It also affects the stimulation of fibroblasts to accelerate the synthesis of elastin, responsible for the firmness and elasticity. Moreover, polydioxanone results in synthesis of the natural (endogenous) hyaluronic acid. All this makes the skin, in which we introduce the PDO thread, more elastic, more moisturized and firm.
It is worth emphasizing that during the process of the PDO threads lifting, natural skin tension lines are used which gives an effect similar to the surgical facelift.
This treatment can also reduce the strength of mimic muscles of the face, so that it influences the smoothing of facial features and achieves aesthetic effects similar to those that occur after the treatment with botulinum toxin. However, in this case, the effect is more natural because the facial muscles are not immobilized, only slowed.
After the introduction of the PDO thread, the improvement of the appearance of the skin occurs very quickly. The Natural protein synthesis process begins 10-14 days after the surgery and lasts up to 240 days, during which the threads are in the body. The effects persist for up to 24 months.

On the face:
- Vertical and horizontal forehead wrinkles,
- Forehead lifting, reduced outer edges of the eyebrows, supple, soft tissue, drooping eyebrows,

Wrinkle removal - botulinum toxin
Beautiful and smooth skin without wrinkles
The therapy with use of botulinum toxin is a popular method of removing wrinkles in aesthetic medicine. We also offer wrinkle filling treatment with use of hyaluronic acid.
Botulinum toxin is injected into the muscle tissue in the appropriate dosage in order to relax muscles and decrease contractility. In this way it reduces the wrinkles and corrects imperfections that appear on the face over the years.
In the past, the botulinum toxin was associated with paralysis of the muscles, but now you can freely show emotion without the mask effect.
Currently, dermatologists recommend preventing the formation of deep wrinkles by giving low doses in places of intense facial expressions.
The treatment lasts approx. 15 minutes. A specific dose is injected into the muscle which shrinkage we want to decrease. To this end, the aesthetic physician uses thin disposable needles.

Wrinkle removal – hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a natural substance found in the skin cells.
It is distinguished by a three-dimensional mesh structure, which can be shaped in any way and precisely placed in the selected area.
Such properties of hyaluronic acid enable formation of the skin surface, modeling of facial lines and wrinkle filling
This treatment does not cause an allergic reaction, so it can be used on allergic patients. During it, the doctor of aesthetic medicine injects tiny portions of the gel into the skin.
EMLA cream is applied before the treatment for anesthesia of the skin.
The whole treatments lasts for about 30 minutes.
The aim of the surgery is to recover the appropriate volume of the skin around the temporal and cheek, adjust the contours of the face and fill wrinkles and hollows.
After the treatment, the skin is firm and properly moisturized.
The effects are visible shortly after the treatment and last for 6 to 12 months.

Needle mesotherapy
The Mesotherapy treatment was already being performed in the 70s. It used to be performed for medicinal purposes, as well as prevention. This non-invasive treatment method allows to improve the appearance of the skin, rejuvenate it, eliminate cellulite, and is used in prevention and treatment of alopecia.

Needle lipolysis
This treatment is recommended as a method of sculpting the figure, however, it is not a way of treating excessive obesity. During the treatment, the metabolism of body fat accelerating substances are used, including Aqualyx, phosphatidylcholine or specially formulated cocktail containing inter alia silica, artichoke extract, caffeine. The choice of formulation depends on the thickness of body fat.
Volumetric face lift
More than one woman notices that with the passage of years, the face loses volume, rounded facial features fade, temples and cheeks collapse. Change of facial features is caused by the fact that the subcutaneous tissues slip down and cause sagging of the facial skin.
